Melinda Sandon has dedicated her career to helping women restore confidence in their bodies.

After graduating from the University of Sydney in 2004, she worked across neurological, surgical and orthopaedic hospital departments in Sydney and the Illawarra before specialising in women’s health.

Her experience as an antenatal educator at RPA Birth Centre, combined with raising four children and returning to distance running herself, shaped her passion for helping women recover strength and function after pregnancy.

Melinda also underwent advanced pelvic cancer treatment in 2023, giving her a deeply personal understanding of survivorship, medical menopause and recovery from major pelvic surgery and oncology treatment.

This experience informs her compassionate approach to care and her commitment to helping women navigate every stage of health and recovery.
